This website does not ask you to create an account, submit a player profile, or make a payment. It does not use marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded social media feeds.
Event registration requests
When a parent or guardian requests a session, we send the request through the academy website to Google Forms, managed by info@dreammakersba.com, and save the guardian’s first and last name, email and phone, the player’s first and last name and grade, the selected event, and the request date. We also save the guardian’s required photo/video and marketing permission, the exact permission wording and version, and when that permission was recorded. Permission is required to submit an online signup request. Read the full media permission terms below. Earlier permission records retain their original scope. Academy staff use these details to arrange attendance and follow up. Requests do not guarantee a place. Requests for provisional sessions are saved as awaiting details; the academy must confirm the final time, venue, and attendance. We do not send automatic email confirmations or collect payments through this form. Contact information is not displayed publicly.
New responses are stored in the academy’s Google account. Academy staff manage access, corrections, and deletion; Google responses are not automatically deleted after 90 days. Call 240-535-2426 to request a correction or deletion. Earlier website submissions remain in the academy’s private website database and have not been transferred to Google. These historical records are also reviewed and deleted by the academy on request. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions; the application does not save raw IP addresses with registration records. Hosting providers may retain their own security logs.
Photo, video & marketing permission
I agree to photos/videos of my player and their use in Dream Makers publications and marketing, including its website, social media, and print.
I confirm that I am the player’s parent or legal guardian and authorize Dream Makers Basketball Academy to photograph and record my player during academy activities. This includes the player’s image and voice recorded in those photos and videos.
I authorize Dream Makers Basketball Academy to use those photos and videos in current and future academy publications and marketing materials, including its website, social media, digital promotions, flyers, and other printed materials.
Academy posts and publications may be publicly accessible. Other people may view, share, or copy material posted online, and the academy cannot control every third-party copy or share.
This permission is required to submit this online signup request. The checkbox is not selected automatically. Submitting a request does not guarantee a place or team placement.
To change or withdraw permission for future recording or use, contact Coach Willie at 240-535-2426. Withdrawal applies after the academy receives the request. Previously published or distributed materials may remain in circulation, and third-party copies may not be recoverable.
The academy records the guardian’s permission, the exact terms and version, and the date of submission with the registration. Earlier permission records retain their original terms; this agreement does not expand permission given in an earlier submission.

Program inquiries
Our contact form sends your inquiry through the academy website to Google Forms, managed by info@dreammakersba.com. It saves your inquiry topic, name, email, optional phone, player’s grade, optional group size, message, and submission date for academy staff to review and follow up. Please use adult contact details and omit sensitive player information. An inquiry is not a booking, and no automatic email is sent. Academy staff manage retention and deletion of these Google responses; there is no automatic 90-day deletion. Earlier inquiries remain in the private website database. Call 240-535-2426 for corrections or deletion. Contact information is never displayed publicly.
Contact and social links
The phone link opens your device’s phone application. Instagram and Facebook links open those services and are subject to their policies.
Academy videos
Video thumbnails are hosted on this site. YouTube players load only when you choose “Load video.” The privacy-enhanced player connects to YouTube and may process your IP address, device information, and playback activity. Videos do not autoplay. You may also use the separate YouTube links.
Google Forms
The website keeps its Dream Makers design. A server connection saves new registration and inquiry responses in Google Forms; no embedded Google form or Google sign-in is required for the person submitting. Google processes and stores the submitted information under its service terms and privacy policy. Responses are for academy staff and are not published on the website. A successful submission means the response was saved; it does not mean an email was sent or attendance was confirmed.
Hosting
The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. These hosting functions are separate from academy marketing.
Young players
A parent or guardian should make inquiries for players under 18. Please do not send sensitive player information through social media comments.
