More than 30 years teaching the game.
Known as “The Shot Doctor,” Willie brings decades of basketball coaching and training to the gym. His instruction is hands-on: demonstrate the movement, explain the detail, and help the player apply it.
His academy pairs skill development with expectations for school, effort, discipline, and respect. Leadership, communication, and confidence matter alongside shooting, passing, and defense.
Dream Makers carries that work forward. The name began in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and returns under Willie’s leadership in Northern Virginia.
